I think what is a marvellous business for private lender that suck the tax money to pay themselves big bonuses at the end of the year, deserve a revision. If $87 billion can be saved in 10 years, that means, possible, $87 billion available for more students and more universities in US, if not drag into other war for right-wing pleasure.

On the other hand, if Obama is doing a very sensible thing like this, maybe Chavez is not wrong at all, if Chavez is wild ahead of Obama.
