Once the principle that you need to pee in a cup to get something from the government is settled, it could/will expand to other things.
Like getting a driver's license (can't have any drivers using drugs- that wouldn't be safe!) Or collecting unemployment benefits. Or testifying in court. Or boarding a train or airplane. Or ....
This is a horrible idea.
