I am not sure if he suggested everyone should run out and paint their roofs. Maybe new roofs should be white in hot climates. If the cost is the same, there would be energy savings. So even a blind chicken (Democrats) can find an acorn every now and then. I have to give them credit when they do stumble on a good idea.
