Will they continue to sell them in the US? If so does Chinese ownership make them more environmentally acceptable?
If they don't sell them here is it okay for the Chinese to drive these while Americans can't?
If the company ceases to operate in the US, then there go the jobs.
If they produce them here is this leverage for the Chinese in any negotiations?
The biggest market for the BMW 7 series (it's largest sedan) is China. So we will be forced to drive tin cans so the rest of the world can drive in luxury?
Remember all the complaints about foreigners owning US companies/real estate in the 1980's? Are we becoming the low-cost assembly plant for the rest of the world?
There will soon be no Chrysler dealers. They will become Fiat/Alfa Romeo and Jeep dealers.
GM will continue to lose market share, too bad, but then again do you want buy a government car.
good point...I thought Mr. Wonderful was going to put a stop to American companies going over seas. Who would of thought he would be the cause of it? oh, that's right every conservative in America thought that.
