Russia to Focus On Building More First Strike Nuclear Missiles

So much for throwing our Eastern European friends under the bus in order to push the reset button with Russia. The Russians simply smelled weakness and have countered with an announcement of a desire to actually build MORE offensive nuclear systems. Thanks Obama. Thanks so much.
