Another reason Haiti is a basket case...

These dictators stole what little the country had and now they want them back. Until the Haitians become self reliant they will always be in need of charity to survive. The ones that get the message are in New York and Miami. There is little hope for a populace that believes in Voodoo (a form of fatalism that is debilitating and evil) and dictators.
