State Coffers Continue to Deteriorate

Take a look at the chart below from the Rockefeller Institute of Government in which state tax receipts continue to collapse. You would think the Obamunists would be interested in figuring out ways to rescue state budgets through economic growth, instead of increasing taxes, regulations and unfunded mandates. But they are all about "reform" and not recovery aren't they:
