Bribery is the tool of choice for the left.
You mean they have to pay to get comment?
Perhaps it's just another scheme to redistribute wealth.

    Update: The state education board said the school district could not use stimulus funds for the iPods. So the giveaway was cancelled.

    You would think parents of children with disabilities would be glad to help their children without bribes,
