German Unemployment Dips to 18-Year Low in October

There are two things to note about this report. First, Merkel rejected Obama's request to use stimulus to speed up the economy. Second, the lowest unemployment rate in 20 years is 7.5%. During the heyday years of the 90's 2000's the unemployment rate was around 8% in France and Germany.
