I don't get it. Are there so few intelligent students in Harlem that Charlie has to go out on a limb for a gang-banger? I think not. I'm certain there are many black children who are honest and good out there that deserve a break. This young woman has by her actions given up her special place in society. The gang she followed were violent and destructive to the society around them. Crime is crime no matter the skin pigmentation.
Does the gang have enough influence to get Charlie involved?
