Billionaires and millionaires

Another Obama duct tape moment during his speech. He puts up the billionaire and millionaire straw man and then wants to raise taxes on incomes over $250,000. When did that level of income equate with billionaires and millionaires?

I do remember during the 2000 Presidential campaign Al Gore said people who made $250,000 a year would be millionaires in four years. This is the kind of idiotic leadership we now have.
