Putting the lie to "It's for the kids" teacher unions

The United Federation of Teachers could care less if the Big Apple loses millions in state aid because of the stalemate in creating a teacher-evaluation program, Mayor Bloomberg claimed yesterday.

“From the union’s point of view, if we get $200 million less from the state, what do they give a s--t?” the mayor told The Post’s editorial board yesterday.
