Chicago mayor confident state and city can work out issues
Are you as tired as I am about "doing it for the kids"? It's the go to excuse for everything Democrats want. But, in reality it's for the government. Think of the stuff that's been passed for the kids and education...cigarette taxes, property taxes, lotteries, etc. All we get is more government workers, bureaucrats and lower test scores. Time to expose the charade.
