Whether you're pro or anti abortion he's certainly right about the misuse of the Constitution

Dershowitz on ‘Right to Choose’: 'I Can't Find it in the Constitution'

(CNSNews.com) -- Famed attorney, author, and long-time liberal commentator Alan Dershowitz said that he favored a woman's right to choose abortion but that he could not find such a right in the Constitution.
“I can’t find anything in the Constitution that says you prefer the life of the mother, or the convenience of the mother if it’s an abortion by choice, over the potential life of the fetus,” said Dershowitz on the Oct. 13 CNBC Kudlow Report.
“Look, I think women, if they’re required to not have abortions could die and could — so I favor a woman’s right to choose. But I can’t find it in the Constitution.  And everything I favor I don’t think is necessarily constitutionally based,” said Dershowitz.
Alan M. Dershowitz is the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. He regularly appears on national television and radio as a liberal commentator. He is the author of several books, including Reasonable Doubts: The Criminal Justice System and the O.J. Simpson Case and The Case for Israel.
Dershowitz has represented several high-profile clients, including socialite Claus von Bulow, columnist Mike Barnicle, boxer Mike Tyson, evangelist Jim Bakker, and heiress Patty Hearst.
