Tucker Carlson hilariously mocks protest organizer who says ‘Trump is more dangerous than Hitler’
Fox News host Tucker Carlson battled Tuesday with a protest organizer whose organization “Refuse Fascism” is attempting to drive President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence out of office because “the future of humanity and the planet” depend on it.
“Humanity is facing an emergency,” Sunsara Taylor told Carlson. “Trump and Pence are operating out of Hitler’s playbook, only they have nuclear weapons.”
Taylor continued to reiterate her comparison of Trump to Hitler, but Carlson wasn’t buying it. If Taylor really believed Trump was Hitler, then she would be committing acts of violence to stop him instead of appearing on his talk show, Carlson told her.
Taylor responded by doubling down.
“[Trump] is more dangerous than Hitler ever could have been,” she said, citing the U.S. nuclear arsenal and Trump’s Twitter following.
“I’m calling for mass political protests and resistance, building on what’s already happened and staying in the streets — in the name of humanity,” she added, before attacking Carlson personally.
“I know you like to carry water for the liar in chief,” Taylor told Carlson. “I know you like to justify and rationalize the sexual predator in chief.”
Carlson responded by laughing in her face.
“But what are you going to do about it Sunsara? That’s my question — other than jump around in the street with a sign in your hand and write your little manifesto,” he said in a mocking tone.
Taylor, however, continued to argue that Americans must rise up in the streets and oppose Trump.
“This is silly,” Carlson eventually told her. “You don’t oppose fascism with political resistance.”
