A Citizen's Indictment pursuant to Titles 21 U.S.C. 848 and 18 U.S.C. 1951-1968
Democratic Party has become a Continuing Criminal Enterprise
By Lee Cary —— Bio and Archives--July 23, 2019
Plaintiff, Lee Cary
Defendants: Tom Perez, Chair, Democratic National Committee; Henry R. Muñoz III, Finance chair; Michael Tyler, Spokesperson; address 430 South Capitol St SE, Washington, D.C., 20003; and custodians of FCC-reported monies donated to individual Democrat politicians, and Democrat campaign-related special interest groups.
Introduction: According to the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs Bureau of Justice Statistics,“Federal prosecutors have available two sets of statutes to dismantle criminal enterprises that function like businesses. The continuing criminal enterprise (CCE) statute (21 U.S.C. 848) targets only drug traffickers who are responsible for long term and elaborate conspiracies. The antiracketeering statute (18 U.S.C. 1951-1968), which includes the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), targets offenders working at the top levels of various kinds of criminal organizations.”
Today’s Democratic Party is a corrupt political business with agent operations that include, but are not limited to:
I Promoting & Enabling an Open Southern U.S. Border
Defendants promote an Open Border policy along the demarcation between U.S. states with territories that border Mexico. The Democratic Party’s obstruction of the enforcement of existing Federal Immigration Law has resulted, and continues to result, in a large, continuous influx of illegal immigrants crossing into the U.S from Mexico. Widely acknowledged as being among those crossing the border illegally are (A.) drug cartel operatives, (B.) human traffickers, (C.) known and suspected terrorists, as well as (D.) common criminals. The migration of these persons has resulted in multiple homicides and many lesser crimes committed in the U.S.
In cooperation with Democrat-aligned Federal Judges, and with the complicity of multiple outlets of the liberal media, the Democrat Party continues to act to block and delay efforts by the Federal Government to prohibit and interdict the illegal entry of persons into the United States from Mexico. An unknown number of those persons pose a clear and present physical danger to America’s citizenry.
Facilitating the entry of criminals into the U.S. is, on its face, a criminal enterprise.
II Sanctioning Infanticide
Persons associated with the Democratic Party encourage and support the willful death of unborn, near-birth, and newly-born children.
(A.) Dr. John P. Holdren, an early advocate of government-sanctioned infanticide, was Assistant to President Obama for Science and Technology, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and Co-Chair of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) from 2009-2017. Holdren co-authored ”Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment,”wherein the authors state (emphasis added):
”nder the United States Constitution, effective population-control programs could be enacted under the clauses that empower Congress to appropriate funds to provide for the general welfare and to regulate commerce, or under the equal-protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Such laws constitutionally could be very broad. Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society (pp. 837-838/1280-1281)
One way to carry out disapproval [of illegitimate childbearing] might be to insist that all illegitimate babies be put up for adoption—especially those born to minors, who generally are not capable of caring properly for a child alone. If a single mother really wished to keep her baby, she might be obliged to go through adoption proceedings and demonstrate her ability to support and care for it…It would even be possible to require pregnant single women to marry or have abortions, perhaps as an alternative to placement for adoption, depending on the society. (pp. 786/1200-1201)
“A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child...might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men…The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births…Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control.” (pp. 787-788/1202-1203)
”Individual rights must be balanced against the power of the government to control human reproduction. Some people…have viewed the right to have children as a fundamental and inalienable right. Yet neither the Declaration of Independence nor the Constitution mentions a right to reproduce…Where the society has a ‘compelling, subordinating interest’ in regulating population size, the right of the individual may be curtailed.’” (pp. 838/1281)
(B.) In January 2019, Virginia Democrat Governor Ralph “Minstrel Showman” Northam’s statement concerning a proposed Virginia State Law addressing third term abortion was quoted by CBS News.
“‘When we talk about third-trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of obviously the mother, with the consent of the physicians, more than one physician, by the way,’ Northam said. ‘And it’s done in cases where there may be severe deformities, there may be a fetus that’s non-viable. So, in this particular example, if a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother. So, I think this was really blown out of proportion.
(C.) On January 22, 2019, Life Site News reported that Democratic Party members in both chambers of New York’s Democrat-controlled State Legislature stood and applauded upon passage of “legislation to enshrine a ‘fundamental right’ to abortion in state law and eliminate protections for preborn babies until birth, in votes set to mark the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.”
Quoting from Life Site News:
”The bill declares that ‘Every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion,’ erases the state’s recognition of preborn babies older than 24 weeks as potential homicide victims, removes abortion from the penal code entirely, and allows licensed health practitioners other than full doctors to commit abortions.”
Infanticide has become the official policy of the Democratic Party and is likely to be enacted into state laws whenever Democrats control the legislature(s). A case can be made that the NY Law sanctions infanticide.
The Democratic Party considers the commission of infanticide a right, thereby obviating the right to live.
III Democratic Party Facilitates Homelessness
The overwhelming majority of the top ten U.S. Metro Areas with the highest homeless rates per 10,000 residents (see map below) are in cities/states controlled by the Democratic Party. The same general observation is true when homeless is calculated: (a) by state per 10K residents: (b) by percent of homeless sleeping outside: and (c) by number of people in homelessness.
The Democratic Party excels in poorly governing significantly destitute populations.
IV Democratic Party Excels in Corrupt City Government
CBS Chicago reported that, “Chicago is the No. 1 most corrupt city in America followed byLos Angeles, according to a new report from the University of Illinois-Chicago. The study [link above) was based “on the number of federal corruption convictions between 1976 and 2017.”. The Windy City had 1,731 convictions during that time period, while the Central District of California had 1,534. Meanwhile, the Manhattan area had 1,327 while Miami had 1,165, according to the report. Washington, D.C. had 1,159 (Note: Miami’s mayor isFrancis Suarez who is a registered Republican, but the Office of Mayor is officially non-partisan; he was preceded by another registered Republican,Tom√°s P. Regalado).”
Today, the longest serving—50 years—Chicago City Council member, Alderman Ed Burke, is under indictment for corruption. The longest serving Speaker of the Illinois House, Michael Madigan, is also reportedly under investigation. Both are life-long Democrats. Their story is largely ignored by the liberal media outside of Chicago ‚Äì where the local Chicago media has long been aware of the depth of city government corruption.
Cheatsheet.com lists the 15 most corrupt cities in America. Thirteen of the 15 mayors are Democrats.
The Democratic Party excels in corrupt municipal governance.
V Mostly Democrats Staffed the Trump-Russian Collusion Hoax
If/when the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth of the Hoax is eventually revealed, it will round-out the indictment of the Democrat Party as a Continuing Criminal Enterprise.
