Horrifying video shows Venezuelan prison guards torturing prisoners by having roosters fight on their backs as they lay face down naked on the cell floor and get beaten with bats

• Cellphone video shows 82 inmates being forced to lie down naked at a Venezuelan prison with fighting roosters last Friday
• A guard appears to strike a prisoner's head with a wooden bat while another taunts him  
• Family members told Venezuelan outlet ACN that that prisoners recently went on strike to protest the lack of food and water that was provided to them
• Inmates also asked that their family members be allowed to bring them medicine
• Tarek William Saab, Attorney General of Venezuela's Constituent National Assembly, has launched an investigation
• Saab charged prison commissioner Hernán Díaz and two other officers, who he did not name, with being responsible for abusing the inmates' human rights
