Trump Derangement Syndrome still alive and well in Chicago.
- Trump has been awarded the refund on his 98-story Trump International Hotel and Tower
- The Illinois Property Tax Board ruled Trump was being overtaxed because some of the building's retail units have been empty since it opened in 2009
- They'd previously insisted on taxing those vacant stores as much as would have been levied had they been occupied
- The cash Trump has won will come out of the city's public services budget - with $540,000 being channeled from Chicago's public schools
- Cook County State Attorney's Office - led by headline grabbing prosecutor Kim Foxx - is appealing the payout
