• On Wednesday, the first meeting of California's slavery reparations task force met in Oakland
• During the public hearing, one California-based entrepreneur demanded $350,000 be given to every black American in the state
• The same man added that business owners should be given $250,000 in addition to 15-20 acres of land
• Another activist, said that each person should be given the equivalent of the average price of a home in California, around $800,000
• The task force meets again on Thursday but has until July 1 to decide how much money will be handed out in reparations
