A suburban Chicago mother was randomly knocked out on her way home from work by a serial attacker as President Trump prepares to deploy the National Guard to combat out-of-control crime in the Windy City.
Kathleen Miles suffered several broken bones in her face, a black eye and a concussion when she was the target of the brute’s unprovoked attack near Union Station in downtown Chicago on Aug. 19.
The Lake Villa, Ill., resident, who only goes in to work once a week, was allegedly attacked by William Livingston, a career criminal who has at least 12 arrests since 2012 for battery or aggravated assault, according to arrest records viewed by The Post.
