Remember the gnashing of teeth when it was only foreigners to the US that was being monitored? Remember Obama's speech as a candidate in 2007 when he railed against this law and said it would not bring security?

This is a dragnet program, trolling for information. 

We know this administration is fully capable of using this program to attack political enemies.
