A Brooklyn brute who wounded a 2-year-old girl during a vicious gunfight was murdered yesterday — less than two weeks after he was sprung from the clink without bail.

Despite a rap sheet that includes 22 arrests, as well as pending felony charges fromMay, Vincent Carmona, 24, was set free just five days after he shot Jayleen Jones in front of her Coney Island home, according to online court records.

Yesterday, Carmona was found shot three times — twice in the chest and once in the neck — around 3:15 p.m. on West 32nd Street and Mermaid Avenue. The slaying was just blocks from where he wounded Jayleen on July 25.

The girl was riding her bike in front of her home when she was hit by a slug as Carmona and Devin Dortch, 17, fired at a third man in revenge for an earlier mugging, cops said.

Carmona, who has arrests for drug possession, robbery and larceny, was picked up the next day and charged with weapons possession, attempted assault and reckless endangerment.

After initially being held without bail, he was let go July 30. Carmona had another open felony case — on May 25, he was charged with making a terroristic threat and criminal trespassing.

He was also released without bail on those charges.

When thugs have nothing to fear, the public is at continual risk. Twenty two arrests plus shooting a little girl and he is released? Let's have income redistribution so thugs like him can afford better weapons. s/o.
