Islamist revolutions all occurring at pretty much the same time

One thing that is irrefutable about Obama's tenure in office is that the level of Islamist violence has risen to astonishing levels in more places then in recent history. As I can count, here are the countries with significant violent insurgencies:

China

Philippines

Iraq

Syria

Israel

Nigeria

Kenya

So.Sudan/Sudan

Mali

Somalia 

Mozambique 

Pakistan

Afghanistan

Yemen

And to a lesser extent many others.
