Common Sense Says Major Hasan Was a Terrorist

When Islamoterrorism began:
Additional important pointsReader comment on item: "Death to America"
Submitted by Howard Hyman (United States), Sep 8, 2002 at 15:38As I recall and believe, the beginning of Radical Islam's attcks on America was in 1968, when Sirhan Sirhan murdered Presidential candidate Robert Kennedy. When this Palestinian Arab murderer was subdued, his ongoing rantings were "Death to the Jews. Death to America. Long Live Palestine."We also cannot ignore the murderer of Rabbi Meyer Kahane. In hindsight, it appears that the Rabbi's murderer (and his cellmates) were also involved with a radical Islamic movement, which later surfaced in crimes committed on American soil. The greatest TWO disgraces involving Rabbi Kahane's murder were: 1--The virtual media blackout and shunning of the matter by mainstream Judaism (inasmuch as Rabbi Kahane's "in your face" approach had long been a "thorn in the side" of organized American Judaism). The "blackout" and "shunning," in part, led to the murderer virtually being allowed to walk free; and2-The overwhelmingly Black and apparently anti-Jewish Brooklyn jury allowing the murderer to be found innocent of all homicide charges, and only being found guilty of minor weapons' offence. This disgraceful outcome led the judge to blazingly criticize and coindemn the jury (something RARELY done). These events should have appeared in your otherwise excellent article.
