Every time a union is asked to make a concession so that their follow members will not have to be let go they choose not to make the deal. Union members will vote for themselves over their colleagues. Union members pay hundreds of millions each year from their paychecks to union bosses and their paid politicians cronies. Wouldn't that money be better off in the members pockets. Unions have become like Guilds of old but without the worker skills.
