The new era of the constructed politician

Bill de Blasio is a constructed politician. Firstly, it's not his real name, it's one he adopted. Second he has not record of accomplishment unless you consider working with the Nicaraguan Sandinistas a resume enhancer. He is the government workers union man and of course he appeals to those feeding at the public trough.

Like our Organizer in chief who also has been constructed from nothing significant and also is a man of  more then one name it is a sad commentary on the soap opera that has become political discourse.

Economic discussions no longer focus on economics but on identifying an enemy to vilify. To understand this I was recently gobsmacked to  hear a discussion on the radio with a man who claimed that poverty is not natural and is only imposed on the poor. Really, on what planet did this man live before coming here. Poverty is created? No, poverty is the natural state. If the caveman didn't hunt or gather he starved. Some hunted better then others and subsequently lived better. It's been so throughout history. But, for leftism to work one must construct a completely unreal fantastical world.
