Another case of a coddled criminal upping the violence. Where's the outrage?

Man accused of groping actress in subway station arrested

The man accused of shoving a young actress onto the subway tracks after groping her in the West Village was arrested early Sunday and charged with attempted murder, police said.
Kimani Stephenson, 24, was arrested at 3 a.m., two days after the attack. He was charged with attempted murder, assault and sex abuse.
He approached Bonnie Currie on the northbound platform of the F/M train at the 14th Street and 6th Avenue subway station in Greenwich Village around 4 a.m. Friday. He allegedly grabbed her crotch and pushed her when she told him to “F–k off.” She suffered a broken wrist and other injuries.
Stephenson was grabbed at his home just before midnight after somebody anonymously tipped off cops.
He has a total of five prior arrests, including robberies from 2009 and 2011. He was on parole for another 2011 robbery in Harlem. He also has two other arrests from 2008, which are sealed.
Police had released a photo of him from surveillance footage. They found the clothes he was wearing during the attack, police sources said.
He stared blankly and didn’t speak when he was walked from the 28 Police Precinct Station House in Harlem to a police vehicle for transported to court.
