  • Malik Faisal Akram, 44, was shot dead in Texas on Saturday night after taking four people and a Rabbi hostage
  • In 2018 he was arrested outside his Blackburn home and bundled into a police van after refusing to pay rent 
  • Police in the UK came looking for him around the time he jetted to the US but he still was able to fly over  
  • Akram had demanded the release of 'Lady Al Qaeda' Aafia Siddiqui, so they could die together in sieg
