In an equally predictable development, Democrats screamed at Republicans for allegedly doing what Democrats actively perpetrate. This is psychological projection: pinning one’s flaws on others. 

Classic example: A morbidly obese man wolfs down his third after-dinner milkshake and screams at a physical trainer nibbling a salad: “Put down the fork, you cow!”

That’s how Democrats acted this week after relentlessly bellowing at President Donald Trump about the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein: “OPEN THE EPSTEIN FILES! WHAT ARE YOU HIDING, FASCIST? HITLER WOULD HAVE RELEASED THEM BY NOW!!”

The Epstein files finally are emerging and, lo and behold, they are clogged with Democrats!

Epstein was a generous political donor, overwhelmingly to Democrats. According to OpenSecrets.org’s spreadsheet, between 1990 and 2018, Epstein contributed $200,676 to both parties’ candidates and committees. Republicans scored $18,250 (9.1%), and Democrats received $182,426 (90.9%). Epstein preferred Democrats 10-to-1.

Former GOP President George H.W. Bush: $1,000

•Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee: $59,000

Trump’s name is nowhere. Despite Hate Trump, Inc.’s Big Lie that Trump and Epstein were BFFs who prowled junior-high-school campuses for dates, Epstein never funded Trump. “He gave me none. Zero,” Trump said Tuesday. “No money to me.”
