Obama the lying POS
Obama Recycles "Very Fine People" Narrative Despite the Fact That It's A Proven Hoax
Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Modernity.news,
Barack Obama recycled the “very fine people” narrative yet again, despite the fact that it’s a proven hoax.
Obama made the comments during a Kamala Harris campaign rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“Maybe you’re Muslim-American or you’re Jewish-American and you’re furious about the ongoing bloodshed in the Middle East and worried about the rise of anti-semitism,” said Obama.
“Why would you place your faith in someone who instituted a so-called Muslim ban,” he added (another hoax given that it wasn’t a ‘Muslim ban’ – it only covered 8 per cent of the global Muslim population and focused on countries that were a high security risk to the United States).

'A Coordinated Effort' To Rig States - Rogan Exposes Democrats' Plan To Destroy American Democracy...
“Undeniably," admits Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman to podcaster Joe Rogan, "immigration is changing our nation."
The two men spoke about a wide variety of political topics ranging from how Donald Trump won in 2016 to how immigration stands as a key issue in the election today.
Specifically, Fetterman played the Democratic Party card, claiming that Republicans in 2024 "had an opportunity to do a comprehensive border-bipartisan-and that went down because Trump, he declared that that's a bad deal after it was negotiated with the other side."
Rogan then brutally 'fact-checked' the stammering senator, pointing out the reality that that the deal made many concessions that Republicans concerned about the border found to be unacceptable.
"But, didn't that deal also involved amnesty," responded Rogan,"and didn't that deal also involve a significant number of illegal aliens being allowed into the country every year?"
Silence from Fetterman.
Rogan continued:
"I think it was 2 million people. So still the same sort of situation. And their fear is exactly what I talked about, that these people will be moved to swing states and that that will be used to essentially rig those states and turn them blue forever."
Finally, the PA Senator responded
"I've never witnessed those kinds [illegals voting] of a thing... I don't think there's that level kinds of organization."
But Rogan once again would not allow the politician to 'lie' pointing out that "there is an organization that's moving these people [illegals] to swing states."
"There's a significant number of these people that are illegal immigrants that have made their way to swing states.
And then there's been calls for amnesty. There's been calls for allowing these people to have a pathway to citizenship and allow them to vote.
The fear that a lot of people have is that this is a coordinated effort to take these people that you're allowing to come into the country, then you're providing them with all sorts of services like food stamps and housing and setting them up and then providing a pathway to amnesty.
And then you would have voters that would be significantly voting towards the Democrats because they're the people that enabled them to come into the country in the first place, first place and provided them with those services.
This is a big fear that people have and that you're rigging this system and that this will turn all these states into essentially locked blue like California is."
Fetterman's responds:
"undeniably," adding that "immigration is changing our nation."
"I haven't spent a lot of time in Texas but it's very clear that immigration has remade Texas and I think it's generally, it's a good thing."
Watch the discussion on immigration below:
The Democrats have weaponized the DOJ against their political enemies.
Weaponizing The Department Of Justice
Oh No, Not That!
Last month, Kamala Harris warned voters that if elected, Donald Trump will weaponize the Department of Justice against his political enemies.
This is, of course, another case of her side projecting--Kamala Harris's Department of Justice has already been weaponized against her political enemies, including Donald Trump. But the first victim of the politicized Biden-Harris Department of Justice wasn't Trump--it was a formerly pseudonymous Twitter poster named Douglass Mackey. Mackey was sentenced to ten years in federal prison for making essentially the same joke Jimmy Kimmel just did last week.
The Right To Bear Memes
It’s hard to believe, but here we are. Sharing a joke—a meme meant to poke fun at Hillary Clinton supporters—has become a criminal offense. I posted a satirical meme in 2016, telling Hillary supporters they could skip the line by “voting by text.” It was an obvious joke, something that should have been protected under the First Amendment. Yet, the Biden regime has weaponized our justice system to punish me, labeling this obvious satire as “election interference.” Meanwhile, just recently, Jimmy Kimmel used his late-night TV show—broadcasted over federally licensed airwaves—to joke about Trump supporters voting on the wrong day. But there’s no FBI beating down his door, no threat of prison time for him. This glaring double standard makes it crystal clear: the justice system is being wielded as a weapon against anyone who dares challenge the regime’s narrative.
On January 27, 2021, five days after Joe Biden’s inauguration, FBI agents knocked at my door. I was the man behind the popular pro-Trump Twitter account @RickyVaughn99. Federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of New York claimed that I violated 18 USC 241, which punishes conspiring to "injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person" for exercising their constitutional or federal rights, with penalties of up to ten years in prison. The statute is designed to prevent violent voter suppression. It has never been used to prosecute speech. In 2023, I was convicted at trial in the Eastern District of New York and sentenced to seven months in prison. During my trial, the DOJ couldn’t produce a single person who failed to vote because of the meme I shared. Not one single person. They even admitted my case was about setting a precedent, a “test” to criminalize satire that steps out of line. Scary, dystopian stuff.
The district court denied my request for an appeal bond despite the strength of the appeal. That decision was reversed by a bipartisan panel at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. My appeal was officially filed in January of this year and argued in April of this year.
But his isn’t just about me; it’s about every American’s right to free speech and to criticize those in power without fear of prosecution. A favorable ruling in this milestone First Amendment case would severely curtail the ability of the federal government to weaponize the DOJ against conservative political speech–or really, any speech unfavorable to the administration in power. In fact, according to a Reuters article based on FBI and DOJ sources, my prosecution is a test case designed to set “the stage for new 'misinformation' and 'disinformation' cases against more prominent conservative actors" that the government doesn’t like. At trial, the Justice Department could not produce a single person that did not vote because of the meme, claiming that all they needed to do was to prove that a “conspiracy” to disenfranchise voters existed. Proof of such a “conspiracy” was entirely circumstantial–no direct evidence was offered that I conspired to create this meme, distribute it, or actually intended to disenfranchise any voters. My cause has been championed by President Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump, Jr., and many other political figures. The Harvard Law Review recognized the prosecution as a grievous attack on satire. My appeal in the 2nd Circuit featured an amicus brief by prominent First Amendment scholar Eugene Volokh, among others.
But legal battles are costly, especially when facing the deep pockets and power of the federal government. I need your help to keep fighting, not just for me, but for everyone’s right to speak freely---all the way up to the Supreme Court if necessary. You can support my defense by donating to the Meme Defense Fund at memedefensefund.com, a project of the registered 501(c)3 non-profit foundation the American Cause. Donations are tax-deductible. Check and cash donations can be made out to “American Cause—Meme Defense—10321 Hunt Farm Ln, Oakton, VA 22124.” Other options to donate, including sending cash or crypto, are available at douglassmackey.com. This case isn’t just mine—it’s ours, and it’s about the future of free speech in America.
Vietnam: Communist and military dictatorship
Vietnam's new president confronts turmoil
2 hours ago
Vietnam's National Assembly recently elected Luong Cuong as the country's new president, making the military general the fourth official to fill the largely ceremonial role in 18 months.
Cuong, 67, was elected by the National Assembly to replace To Lam, who remained president even after he was formally appointed as the general secretary of the ruling Communist Party in August.
The presidency is one of Vietnam's four main political posts, with the other roles being the general secretary of the Communist Party, the prime minister of Vietnam and the chairperson of the National Assembly of Vietnam.
Cuong has been a member of the politburo, the most powerful decision-making body of the Communist Party, since 2021. Before the election, he held a key position in the party secretariat, which made him the fifth-highest ranking official in the country.
Cuong also served in Vietnam's army for over four decades.
"Luong Cuong is a career political commissar in the People's Army of Vietnam, so, while he may be a general, he's never had operational command, and is much more of a party man," Zachary Abuza, a professor at the National War College in Washington, told DW.

Islamic fanatics vs western secularism and free thought
Trial opens in France in the beheading of a teacher over prophet cartoons
(AP) — The trial of eight people in Paris on terrorism charges started on Monday over the beheading of teacher Samuel Paty, who was killed by an Islamic extremist after showing caricatures of Islam’s prophet to his middle school students for a lesson on freedom of expression.
Paty’s shocking death left an imprint on France, and several schools are now named after him. Paty was killed outside his school near Paris on Oct. 16, 2020, by an 18-year-old Russian of Chechen origin, who was shot to death by police.
Those on trial include friends of assailant Abdoullakh Anzorov who allegedly helped purchase weapons for the attack, as well as people who are accused of spreading false information online about the teacher and his class.
The proceedings started Monday in the presence of members of Paty’s family, including his two sisters.
The trial was held under high security, with many police officers patrolling and making checks outside and inside the courtroom.
Five of the accused, who are currently imprisoned, were seated in a wide glass box. Three others, placed under judicial supervision, sat on the defendants’ benches outside the box.
France’s secularism at stake
The attack occurred against a backdrop of protests in many Muslim countries and calls online for violence targeting France and the satirical French newspaper Charlie Hebdo. The newspaper had republished its caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad a few weeks before Paty’s death to mark the opening of the trial over deadly 2015 attacks on its newsroom by Islamic extremists.
The cartoon images deeply offended many Muslims, who saw them as sacrilegious. But the fallout from Paty’s killing reinforced the French state’s commitment to freedom of expression and its firm attachment to secularism in public life.
“We expect that the justice system will be up to the crime that has been committed,” Francis Szpiner, the lawyer representing Paty’s 9-year-old son, told reporters. “It’s an unheard-of event in the history of the republic. It’s the first time a teacher has been assassinated because he is a teacher.”
Thibault de Montbrial, a lawyer for Paty’s sister, Mickaëlle Paty, said the trial “will enable everybody in French society to become aware of the direct link, extremely clear, that exists between fundamentalist Islam ... and the violence that can lead to such a terrifying act.”
A student’s father among the accused
Much attention at the trial will focus on Brahim Chnina, the Muslim father of a teenager who was 13 at the time and claimed that she had been excluded from Paty’s class when he showed the caricatures on Oct. 5, 2020.
Chnina, 52, sent a series of messages to his contacts denouncing Paty, saying that “this sick man” needed to be fired, along with the address of the school in the Paris suburb of Conflans Saint-Honorine.
In reality, Chnina’s daughter had lied to him and had never attended the lesson in question.
Paty was giving a lesson mandated by the National Education Ministry on freedom of expression. He discussed the caricatures in this context, saying students who did not wish to see them could temporarily leave the classroom.
An online campaign against Paty snowballed, and 11 days after the lesson, Anzorov attacked the teacher with a knife as he walked home, and displayed the teacher’s head on social media. Police later shot Anzorov as he advanced towards them armed.
Chnina will be tried for alleged association with a terrorist enterprise for targeting the 47-year-old teacher through false information.
His daughter was tried last year in a juvenile court and given an 18-month suspended sentence. Four other students at Paty’s school were found guilty of involvement and given suspended sentences; a fifth, who pointed out Paty to Anzorov in exchange for money, was given a 6-month term with an electronic bracelet.
A figure promoting radical Islam involved
Abdelhakim Sefrioui, 65, is another key figure in the trial opening Monday for the adult suspects. He presented himself as a spokesperson for Imams of France, although he had been dismissed from that role. He filmed a video in front of the school with the father of the student. He referred to the teacher as a “thug” multiple times and sought to pressure the school administration via social media.
Sefrioui founded the pro-Hamas Cheikh Yassine Collective in 2004, which was dissolved a few days after Paty’s killing. Sefrioui had long criticized and threatened Muslims who advocate friendship with Jews, including the rector of the Grand Mosque of Paris.
Sefrioui and Chnina face 30 years in prison if convicted.
Chnina denied any incitement to “kill” in his messages and video, claiming he did not intend to incite hatred and violence, according to judicial documents.
Sefrioui’s lawyer, Ouadie Elhamamouchi, said he will seek to prove his client is “innocent” and that the video filmed by Sefrioui in front of the school was not seen by the attacker. “In this case, he is the only one who never had any link with the terrorist,” Elhamamouchi said.
Others face charges of complicity
Anzorov, who had wanted to go to Syria to fight with Islamic extremists there, discovered Paty’s name on jihadist social media channels, according to investigators. Anzorov lived 100 kilometers (60 miles) from Paty’s school and did not know the teacher.
Two of Anzorov’s friends face life imprisonment if convicted on charges of complicity in murder in connection with a terrorist enterprise. Naim Boudaoud, 22, and Azim Epsirkhanov, 23, are accused of helping Anzorov buy a knife and a pellet gun. Boudaoud also drove Anzorov to Paty’s school. They turned themselves in at the police station, and deny being aware of the attacker’s intentions.
The other four individuals are charged with criminal terrorist conspiracy for communicating with the killer on pro-jihad Snapchat groups. They all deny being aware of the intent to kill Samuel Paty.
On Oct. 13, 2023, another teacher in France was killed by a radical Islamist from Russia, originally from Ingushetia, a region bordering Chechnya.

"If Trump Is A Dictator..."
"If Trump Is A Dictator..."
Throughout the 2024 election, Democrats have gone into overdrive to paint Trump as a dire threat to democracy - comparing him to the likes of Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini.
In one week, 'Trump-Hitler' stories topped 5,500 according to Bloomberg.
And people wonder why trust in the media has plummeted. But let's entertain the claim that Trump is a dictator...
X user 'Insurrection Barbie' posts the following 12-point rebuttal, where the Biden-Harris administration did exactly that:
* * *
If Trump is a dictator, name one time he usurped power from the other branches of government to enact his will in violation of the separation of powers.
Here are all the times the Harris/Biden administration did exactly that:
1. The Harris and Biden administration extended the eviction moratorium after COVID by abusing their emergency powers at the expense of private property rights.
2. This administration issued vaccine mandates for workers because their “patience” had run thin. This was struck down by the courts as unconstitutional.
3. Our constitution gives the legislative branch the power to pass laws. This administration was not able to cancel student loan debt by getting Congress to vote on a bill to do so. So, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did this by executive of fiat. They did this after the Supreme Court said it was unconstitutional. Twice.
4. In violation of our first amendment, they tried to enact a disinformation governing board to censor your free speech. Ultimately the public backlash was so great that they scrapped the project for now.
5. Through executive fiat and death by regulation they have upended our energy policies making our emergency oil reserves drop to the lowest they have been since 1984. They killed the Keystone pipeline and they defied court rulings and continued to opt out against holding oil drilling sales.
6. This administration threatened and coerced social media companies to silence the speech of American citizensbecause it did not agree with the position of the government in violation of the first amendment.
7. This administration has absolutely zero respect for property rights and have publicly announced that they pledge to protect 30% of land and water by 2030. That is a land grab. Very dictatorial.
8. This administration has purposefully, ignored our immigration laws and allow 13 million people into the country. They have willfully failed to uphold deportation orders letting them lapse.
9. In violation of our laws they have failed to secure our border and have allowed 425,000 [known or suspected] criminals into the country.
10. They have targeted parents for protesting at their children’s school board meetings in violation of their first amendment rights of free speech and have had the FBI place them on a watchlist.
11. They have targeted pro-life demonstrators and thrown them in prison while letting pro-abortion activists burn down clinics. The executive branch has to faithfully execute the laws without bias, clearly, they have failed to do that.
12. They were not able to pass any legislation in Congress to force their transgender agenda into the school system so they passed it by executive fiat and the courts struck down much of it at this point.
* * *
And there you have it...
