The Threat to Northern Israel

Looks like Arabs now make up 53% of the Northern Israeli population. That is definitely not good news given that Hamas and Hezbollah have been working on infiltrating and agitating this population and a new intifada inside the 1949 armistice lines is possible. While the danger is somewhat mitigated by the fact that the Israeli Arab population is an integral part of the country, one major issue is that the average Muslim Arab in Israel is only 19 years old. This means that they have very few responsibilities, like a family to support, so they wouldn't feel the necessary economic attachment to the Jewish state that would be needed to keep his mind off of violence. This is of course also a dangerous age as it is easy for them to be taken in by radical islamic members of their community.
