Three people died in a fire that was set by Greek protesters in central Athens on May 5, AP reported. Shouting "Murderers," and "Burn the parliament," masked youths threw petroleum bombs, setting a commercial building on fire. Demonstrators are protesting governmental wage and pension cutbacks. The fire brigade evacuated people trapped on balconies.
