Are they saying only minorities have bad credit histories? A self inflicted racial stereotype.

Is this a part of the left's push for NO standards. The unasked question is when they check credit ratings do they evaluate the rating. There's a difference between someone who has suffered a medical catastrophe and a shopaholic.

Since Kaplan is owned by the Post Corp. I wonder if this madness is now getting close enough to the left leaning Post to make them see how destructive to business the government has become.
