The Pigford scandal continues

OBAMA CLAUS GIVES YOU 90 MORE DAYS TO COLLECT YOUR $50,000 REPARATIONS CHECK

Circle March 25, 2013 on your calendar. That's the last day you can submit your claim form from this official U.S. government website to collect fifty thousand tax-free American dollars, courtesy of the Obama administration in its current multi-billion giveaway scheme.

No, you don't need a potted plant and you don't even to be black or even Hispanic; as long as you are a woman (or related to one) and you fill out the forms correctly, you can collect the money because nobody will verify your information.
Welcome to the Love settlement for women farmers, the close relative of the Pigford black famers settlement that has already paid out billions of dollars to thousands of claimants and the Garcia Hispanic / Latino farmer settlement that is in progress right now.
Here's how you can collect $50,000, tax free.
This first point can't be stressed enough; nobody will verify the information you provide. Any claim you make will be accepted as true.
You read that correctly; nobody will verify what your claim. This is the same standard used in the Pigford settlement, and the fact that nobody will verify any information collected was confirmed in a Government Accountability Office report last month. Legally, nobody CAN verify any information; the law was written to make it impossible for the people looking at the claim forms to verify that their information is correct.
If you're still nervous that someone might actually run down your information to make sure it's actually true, you don't have much to worry about from the media, either. We've been reporting on the multi-billion dollar fraud in the Pigford settlement for over two years and despite exposing the fraud, for the most part the mainstream media has turned a blind eye. Literally, thousands of people have collected billions of dollars already in a scheme that black farmer Lucious Abrams calls 'the biggest fraud perpetrated on the American taxpayer in history' and there's been an effective blackout.
The politicians shouldn't be a concern for you, either. Even Republicans are afraid to go after it since respected GOP Senators like Chuck Grassley have been key in sponsoring the reparations scheme. The only politicians to sound the alarm have been people like Iowa's Steve King and Minnesota's Michele Bachmann and the mainstream media is content to just call them racist or sexist or crazy and ignore them.
The government won't verify what you say, the Republican establishment is onboard with the Obama administration, and the media won't touch the story of billions in fraud with a ten foot pole -- what could go wrong?
Well, actually, there are a couple of ways you can mess things up.
The whole key is filling out the forms properly. Luckily, Tom Burrell of the Black Farmers Agricultural Association has been doing seminars for years on how to file properly in order to get a $50,000 check. At a press conference at CPAC in February 2011, Breitbart News released two hours of audio that exposed this and once again, the press yawned. After all, what does a few billion in fraud mean in the booming Obama economy?
The same standards that apply in Pigford apply in the current Love settlement. You can apply for a deceased relative, so if you mother or grandmother was alive most of the 1990s, you're in luck even if you're a man. You need to get the dates correct and claim that you and / or your mom / grandma went to a USDA office in a mid-1990s, tried to get a form for a farm loan and those mean USDA officials wouldn't even give you a form because they said a woman shouldn't farm. Add some specifics--again, nobody is going to verify any of this at all but you want it to look good--and you're on your way to collecting up to $50,000 tax-free as an attempted-to-farmer.
Is the information you provide correct? Well, who's to say? Nobody is verifying the information, by law. You need to swear under oath that it's truth. Pigford will end up with 90,000 claimants and the USDA likes to brag that there are only a couple of cases of fraud. It seems that people are just honest, that's all. There's no reason to assume to you won't be, either. Right?
You only have about 90 days to file your claim. Despite the fiscal cliff, the money--about a billion dollars--is already set aside by the Obama administration and ready and waiting. While you look over your holiday bills and sip your eggnog this Christmas, remember: thousands of people who never farmed a day in their life will be collecting billions of government dollars in 2013.
You could be one of the people getting that $50,000 tax free. Nobody in government or the press seems to care. Ho, ho, ho!
