BLM, not so much in the black community

College student shot dead in front of his twin brother

A 22-year-old John Jay College student who had just left a party with his twin brother was shot dead on a Brooklyn street early Friday, police sources said.
Terrell Henry was fatally blasted in the neck and torso at around 1:50 a.m. as he walked out of a bodega on Covert Street near Wilson Avenue in Bushwick after buying a drink, sources said.
The victim, a Bedford-Stuyvesant resident, was pronounced dead at Wyckoff Hospital.
The shooter — who wore all black, including a black hat — fled the scene, possibly in a silver car, and remains at large, sources said.
Henry, whose Facebook page says he is a native of St. Lucia, was at a nearby party for a co-worker with his twin brother and a friend just before the shooting.
The three were walking to their car when Henry stopped at a bodega on Covert Street to get a beverage as his brother and friend were nearby.
Henry and the gunman got into an argument when he walked out of the bodega before he was shot, according to sources.
Police recovered three shell casings at the scene.
Cops are also reviewing store surveillance video.
Henry’s Facebook page says he was studying criminal justice at John Jay.
