Pedophile's 'Fixer' Maintains Close Ties to the Clintons

A woman alleged to have been the fixer for Jeffrey Epstein, a pedophile and friend of Bill Clinton, has herself long had ties to the former president of the United States. Indeed, it's clear that even as her associate, Epstein, admitted to procuring sex with someone under the age of 18 and registered as a sex offender in 2008, Ghislaine Maxwell's relationship with the Clintons flourished.
Maxwell is the president and founder of a non-profit that helps protect the ocean, the TerraMar Project. And as recently as 2013, she attended the Clinton Global Initiative, where her charity made a public commitment. The press release from the Clinton Global Initiative read, "Sustainable Oceans Alliance Commitment by: The TerraMar Project . Partners: Michael Dorsey; Global Partnerships Forum In 2013, the TerraMar Project committed to launch the Sustainable Oceans Alliance (SOA) to mobilize the international community and the public at large on the importance of the Oceans and the Seas and to ensure that the 193 UN Member States recognize and incorporate oceans in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to be adopted in 2015."
The TerrMar Project commitment is still listed on the Clinton Foundation website. And that remains, even after Maxwell's involvment in the Epstein pedophile scandal continues to grow and continue to raise questions about former President Bill Clinton.
"Ghislaine Maxwell was another person in Epstein’s inner circle and a co-conspirator in Epstein’s sexual abuse. She was someone who consequently also appreciated the immunity granted by the NPA for the crimes she committed in Florida," reads a recently released court document related to the scandal.
The document alleges that Maxwell's role was "to procure under-aged girls for sexual activities" and was "a primary co-conspirator" in Epstein's sexual crime. “In 1999, Jane Doe #3 was approached by Ghislaine Maxwell, one of the main women whom Epstein used to procure under-aged girls for sexual activities and a primary co-conspirator in his sexual abuse and sex trafficking scheme. In fact, it became known to the government that Maxwell herself regularly participated in Epstein’s sexual exploitation of minors, including Jane Doe #3. Maxwell persuaded Jane Doe #3 (who was then fifteen years old) to come to Epstein’s mansion in a fashion very similar to the manner in which Epstein and his other co-conspirators coerced dozens of other children (including Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2).”
She, the document alleges, helped Epstein convert a then underage woman into a "sex slave." “Epstein then became enamored with Jane Doe #3, and with the assistance of Maxwell converted her into what is commonly referred to as a ‘sex slave.’”
But despite Maxwell's sordid relationship with Epstein (and despite Epstein's apparent falling out with the Clintons), she has remained "close friends" with the former president. As Vanity Fair reported in 2011, “[Ghislaine Maxwell’s] Rolodex would blow away almost anyone else’s I can think of—probably even Rupert Murdoch’s. She is very well read and can talk about most things for hours. She is passionate about Bill Clinton, with whom she is close friends.”
Maxwell has raised money for Clinton and his library. As the Mail reported in 2003, “FUN-LOVING Ms Fixit, Ghislaine Maxwell, who has already taken the Manhattan social scene by storm and is a leading society figure in London, is now ready to rub shoulders with more powerful figures. Ghislaine, the 42-year old daughter of the late fat fraudster Robert Maxwell, caused a stir when she took the Duke of York to a ‘hookers and pimps’ party on his visit to America two years ago, but this week she is helping to raise funds for ex-President Bill Clinton. ‘Clinton is raising money for his library with a party in New York and Ghislaine is on the host committee,’ I'm told. Her likely date for the evening will be her on-off love, vastly eligible American financier Jeffrey Epstein, in whose magnificent New York townhouse she has been living for the past couple of years.”
Indeed, Maxwell is so close to Clinton that she was even in attendance for Chelsea's wedding in 2010, according to court documents. “In reasonable reliance on this and other information, [Bradley] Edwards served [Ghislaine] Maxwell for deposition in 2009. See Deposition Notice attached as Exhibit ‘BB.’ Maxwell was represented by Brett Jaffe of the New York firm of Cohen and Gresser, and Edwards understood that her attorney was paid for (directly or indirectly) by Epstein. She was reluctant to give her deposition, and Edwards tried to work with her attorney to take her deposition on terms that would be acceptable to both sides. The result was the attached confidentiality agreement, under which Maxwell agreed to drop any objections to the deposition, attached hereto as Exhibit ‘CC.’ Maxwell, however, contrived to avoid the deposition. On June 29, 2010, one day before Edwards was to fly to NY to take Maxwell’s deposition, her attorney informed Edwards that Maxwell’s mother was deathly ill and Maxwell was consequently flying to England with no intention of returning to the United States. Despite that assertion, Ghislaine Maxwell was in fact in the country on July 31, 2010, as she attended the wedding of Chelsea Clinton (former President Clinton’s daughter) and was captured in a photograph taken for OK magazine.’”
Epstein's relationship with Clinton changed after his long problems, it would appear. But the former president's relationship with their mutual friend, Maxwell, the so-called co-conspirator in Epstein's sordid actions, appears to remain strong.
