Iran is Playing Obama Like a Fiddle

So Ahmadinejad now says that Iran has no problem with the previously proposed nuclear swap deal (you know the deal they said yes to before they said no). How much you want to bet that some senior administration officials are now arguing that the threat of sanctions have opened this door and they would be foolish to not go through it, so we should put sanctions on the back burner for now? It's amazing how a single operator (Iran) can play good cop/bad cop so well. This one statement from Ahmadinejad will probably delay any sanctions from the West by about 6 months just by itself. That could be just enough time for Iran to get over the nuclear threshold.

Of course, I find that whole deal to be pretty ludicrous anyway. How do you verify that they are sending you all the nuclear material anyway? They were only hiding an entire nuclear research facility for years. Hiding some material should be a lot easier.
