Sanders shouldn't be surprised by NPR's normal state of anti Semitism. He's cornered. NPR is solid leftist and so is he. The left hates Israel and will use any opportunity to slander it.

Bernie Sanders still sore over NPR Israel citizenship question

WASHINGTON – Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is still sounding sore about NPR host Diane Rehm’s bizarre decision to ask him in an interview about a false rumor that he held dual US-Israeli citizenship.
“She is a good radio interviewer. I suspect what happened is her staff gives her a list of questions and somebody screwed up pretty bad,” Sanders told reporters when asked about Wednesday’s interview at a Christian Science Monitor breakfast.
The National Jewish Democratic Council on Wednesday slammed the “appalling” implications of the question — calling out the “anti-Semitic canard of dual loyalty.” Rehm has apologized for the question, which she attributed to information from a comment on Facebook.
Sanders also said he planned to call Mayor de Blasio, who revealed that he’s skipping Hillary Clinton’s campaign launch Saturday on Roosevelt Island, then heaped praise on Sanders, who is challenging her for the Democratic presidential nomination.
“I think Bernie Sanders is a great senator, is a great voice for a fair society and a fair economy,” de Blasio said.
“I’d love to have the endorsement of as many public figures as we can,” Sanders said.
Sanders lectured reporters about how they cover campaigns when asked how he’d go after Clinton in a debate – then proceeded to challenge her on a host of issues.
With a trade vote heading to a vote in the House Friday, Sanders said: “I don’t understand how on an issue of such huge consequence you don’t have an opinion.”
“Secretary Clinton, if she’s against, this she needs to speak out right now,” he added.
He brought up his opposition to the Keystone pipeline, then asked: “What is the secretary’s position on that?”
He called himself a leader in taking on the billionaire class, then asked: “Where has the secretary been on that?”
Sanders has shot up in the polls, but still distantly trails Clinton. He insisted his effort is about more than trying to move the debate to the left. “This is not a protest campaign. This is a campaign to win,” he said.
