How much anti social behavior is acceptable to liberal judges and the anti incarceration crowd?
A man who murdered a rival in the Bronx had been arrested 90 times in the past for crime such as selling drugs and forgery, cops said.
Jamel Burney, 32, was arrested for the 91st time Wednesday for gunning down Michael Vermond in the Norwood section of the borough, according to police.
Vermond was taken to Montefiroe Medical Center, where he died.
Burney had an impressive rap sheet that dates back to 2004 when the he was 19 years old, cops said.
Burney was charged with murder Wednesday for fatally shooting the 46-year-old Vermond.
