After being stopped and told to do a field sobriety test, Montana Fishburne told a state trooper, "And not only that, but in the situation that we are going through with Donald Trump — as a Latino American to another Latino American — I would appreciate if you can show me the exercise correctly so I can do it correctly." Montana Fishburne, the 25-year-old daughter of actor Laurence Fishburne, was arrested in March for driving while intoxicated after rear-ending another vehicle on a Florida highway. According to the recently released dash cam footage, Fishburne had an interesting reason as to why she shouldn’t have to pass a sobriety test: President Donald Trump.
Police were called to the scene to investigate the crash, where they noticed Fishburne not only smelled like alcohol, but also had an open container of wine in her vehicle.
State Highway Patrol Trooper Jose Pinson explained to Fishburne that he would be conducting field sobriety tests, and after she could not manage to do them correctly, she started getting increasingly irritated with the process.
“I’ve been arrested before, and I have friends that are police officers — they just got hired,” Fishburne told Pinson. “And not only that, but in the situation that we are going through with Donald Trump — as a Latino American to another Latino American — I would appreciate if you can show me the exercise correctly so I can do it correctly.”
“If it makes you feel better,” Pinson remarked calmly.
“That really makes me feel better because I do not like the political situation in America,” Fishburne continued.
After Pinson placed her under arrest, things got even weirder when she suddenly began walking over the guard rail into the grass next to the side of the road.
“I really need to pee, and I will pee right here on your floor, and that’s not a problem for me,” she said as she began fumbling to pull down her clothing.
“I’m not tripping, I’m a f****** ratchet,” Fishburne said.

Fishburne’s blood alcohol level was recognized in breathalyzer tests as a .18 and .17, according to the Miami Herald. She is out on $2,500 bond and recently pleaded not guilty to six counts of DUI-related charges. Her trial will be held later this year.
Her father, actor Laurence Fishburne, is best known for starring as the character Morpheus in the sci-fi action movie, “The Matrix.”
