The kind of gun news the media tends to ignore because it upsets their narrative.

An armed man likely saved the lives of a woman and her daughter after he discovered a man — purported to be the woman’s husband — publicly and brutally attacking her and the young woman.
The incident reportedly occurred when 66-year-old Qian Ming accosted his wife and daughter at a busy intersection in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Albuquerque Journal identified the wife as hotel owner Xiao Gong.
According to a report by KRQE-TV, Ming reportedly intentionally rammed his vehicle into Gong’s vehicle as she and her daughter were traveling to the airport.
KRQE reported that Ming then exited his vehicle and began firing shots into Gong’s disabled vehicle, hitting the daughter in the shoulder.
According to the report, a 34-year-old good Samaritan approached the scene of the accident.
The man, later identified as a 12-year veteran of the National Guard, reportedly saw Ming pistol-whipping the daughter while the two were in the street.
“Once he started walking up, he saw that there was a male violently pistol-whipping a female in the street,” Officer Simon Drobik said, according to KRQE. “He got out of his vehicle and had his firearm on him and told that male to stop.”
Ming reportedly did not stop, and instead purportedly turned his weapon on the National Guardsman.
The guardsman fired one shot at Ming, striking and killing him.
“Mom in the hospital said, ‘He saved our lives,'” Drobik reported, according to the station. “You can’t get a stronger statement than that. So she knew it. Daughter knows it and good thing he took that type of action.”
“To say the least, this guy prevented possibly a double homicide. That’s what we could have on our hands tonight,” Drobik said, according to the Journal. “In my 19 years of experience, I would say that those two females would have been dead if he hadn’t stepped in and took action.”
The good Samaritan is reportedly not facing any charges at this time, and the young woman is expected to recover.
