Hopefully a Sign of Things To Come

From Glenn Thrush:

A Democratic operative familiar with the get-out-the-vote push by Martha Coakley's team, and boosted late in the game by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, says that outreach workers in and around Boston have been stunned by the number of Democrats and Obama supporters who are waving them off, saying they'll vote for Scott Brown.

Coakley lost and the country won. The public doesn't want Obamacare. If they don't want it in Massachusettes, they won't want it in the rest of the country. What do you think that Democrats in conservative districts are thinking tonight? www.MDWhistleblower.blogspot.com

Massachusetts was really going to get the short end of the stick with Obamacare. They already have a universal healthcare system and yet were still going to have to pay for Obamacare for everyone else. In other words, they would be paying all that money in taxes and get absolutely no benefit at all. I guess this is why Obama talked about Scott Browns truck, it was easier than trying to explain how Obamacare would help anyone in Mass.
