Mass honor killing in Canada. All cultures are not equal!

Justin Trudeau’s Canada.
God’s curse on them for generations. May the devil … sh*t on their graves … They betrayed Islam…..Muhammad Shafia
“They betrayed Islam. They betrayed our religion. They betrayed everything.” ….Mohammad Shafia
The father said of his murdered daughters (at his and his wife and son’s hands), “May the devil defecate on their graves. Is that what a daughter should be? Would a daughter be such a whore?” Last October, these devout murderers demanded a new trial in the honor murderers of their daughters and first wife  because of  Islamic “cultural differences.” Since when is cultural difference a defense for brutal murder. Instead of being put to death, they are angling for a new trial.
The Shafia mass honor murder was one of the worst Islamic honor killings in the West — and that is no easy designation to achieve.
Four girls were brutally murdered by their devout Muslim family because of the way they dressed and who they dated.
Shafia sisters Zainab, 19, Sahar, 17, and Geeti, 13, along with Rona Amir Mohammed, 50, were found honor murdered inside a car that was discovered underwater in front of the northernmost Kingston Mills lock of the Rideau Canal on the same day. Zainab, Sahar, and Geeti were daughters of Mohammad Shafia, 58 and his wife Tooba Mohammad Yahya, 41 and sister to Hamed, 20. Rona, who was herself infertile, was the first wife of Mohammad Shafia in their polygamous household.
The victims were found murdered in June 2009 inside a Nissan Sentra that belonged to Mohammad Shafia and was submerged at the bottom of a a deep canal in Kingston, in eastern Ontario.
These girls begged for help. They went to a woman’s shelter and were returned home. They ran away from home and were returned despite the threat of Islamic honor violence.
The daughters went to police, teachers and child welfare authorities and told them they were abused by their father and brother. Fearing charges of racism or islamophobia, nothing was done. They were repeatedly returned to the violent household. It’s why we fought so hard for Ohio teen Rifqa Bary — we knew she, too, would have been returned to her violent home had we not protested and kept her case in the public eye the way we did. Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR worked furiously to return convert out of Islam, Rifqa Bary, to the violent home, claiming  any attempt to keep her safe was “islamophobia.”
Now the Muslim murderers who said “I would do it again 100 times” want a new trial, claiming they were victims of “cultural stereotyping” — in other words, the sharia exception.  “By reinforcing pre-existing stereotypes of violent and primitive Muslims, it created the risk that the jury’s verdict would be tainted by cultural prejudice.”
Special rights for the superior (according to their religion) class.

Authorities accuse Afghan-born Mohammad Shafia, his wife, Tooba Mohammad Yahya, and 20-year-old son, Hamed Shafia, of killing Sahar and two other daughters because they dishonored the family by adopting such habits as dating and wearing revealing clothes. Lawyer tells court Shafia family member underage when convicted in ‘honour killings’
By Diana Mehta, Global News, March 3, 2016:
Appeal set to be heard in the case of Mohammad Shafia, his wife Tooba Yahya and their son Hamed, all convicted of first-degree murder in the deaths of four family members.
TORONTO – The lawyer for a man who, along with his parents, was convicted of first-degree murder in the deaths of four family members, is arguing his client was a youth at the time of the offences and deserves a new trial.
Hamed Shafia’s lawyer is asking Ontario’s top court to admit fresh evidence which he says proves the man was in fact 17 and not 18 and a half when his relatives were found dead, and should not have been tried by an adult court.
Shafia and his parents were convicted in January 2012 of four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of his sisters Zainab, 19, Sahar, 17, and Geeti, 13, and his father’s first wife in a polygamous marriage, 52-year-old Rona Amir Mohammad.
The victims’ bodies were found on June 30, 2009, in a car at the bottom of the Rideau Canal in Kingston, Ont.
The Crown at the trial asserted the murders were committed after the girls “shamed” the family by dating and acting out, and Amir Mohammad was simply disposed of.
Hamed Shafia’s lawyer Scott Hutchison says three documents from Afghanistan – where his client was born – have been discovered since the trial which throws Shafia’s actual age into doubt.
Those documents are a “tazkira” or Afghan identity document, a certificate of live birth, and a document which confirms the tazkira.
He is asking the court to also be mindful of a “casualness” associated with birth dates in Afghan and Middle Eastern communities.
“We have evidence that is reasonably capable of belief,” he told a panel of three judges at the Ontario Court of Appeal. “In my submission you must give effect to the fresh evidence, set aside the conviction and order a new trial.”
Hutchinson is making his arguments ahead of an appeal being made by Shafia and his parents which asks for a new trial.
