Systemic racism?

The Tyler Perry house in Atlanta has a new owner: Steve Harvey. The 63-year-old talk show host paid $15 million for the palatial 17-acre property, which Perry built in 2007 and sold in 2016. Take a tour of the Versailles-inspired mansion, complete with canopy beds, a dual staircase, gorgeous gardens, a resort-size swimming pool, tennis court, home theater and more regal features. Overlooking the Chattahoochee River, it’s the highest-priced home in Atlanta, according to Top Ten Real Estate Deals.
