Best wishes for the New Year

Let's end the year with something so progressive it proves their mental illness.

Recent News
The Richmond City Council passed a resolution Tuesday supporting a ban on space-based weapons after a lengthy discussion over whether individuals are being psychologically and physically harmed by exotic government-patented attacks from high in the sky.
Councilmember Jovanka Beckles, a member of the Richmond Progressive Alliance (RPA), introduced the resolution, saying it begins to address concerns of a Richmond resident who claims she’s been targeted by “remote transmission” from space-based weaponry. Others claiming to have suffered physical and psychological attacks traveled from around the country to speak at Tuesday’s council meeting. One speaker claimed to have been zapped multiple times right before his testimony at council.
The resolution supports the Space Preservation Act and Space Preservation Treaty permanently banning “space-based weapons,” even though the legislation first introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich in 2001 has never gained traction in Congress. It appears that Richmond is the first municipality in the U.S. to take up this lofty issue in more than a decade. In 2002, the City of Berkeley passed a similar resolution supporting the ban.
Conspiracy theorists believe the resolution is a step toward ensuring secret weaponry such as chemtrails, which are trails left in the sky by high-flying aircraft that supposedly emit a chemical or biological agent, can no longer target unwitting citizens. For RPA members on the council, the resolution is also an anti-war initiative.
RPA members on council, Gayle McLaughlin and Eduardo Martinez, also voted in favor of the resolution. Vice Mayor Jael Myrick and Councilmember Nat Bates were the final two yes votes, although Bates claimed he was confused by the discussion.
“I’m going to support the resolution for the simple reason that we have voted on a lot of dumb ideas,” Bates said.
Mayor Tom Butt voted no, saying he believes the conspiracy theory behind space-based weapons is above the heads of city leaders and has taken time away from more pressing city matters such as the budget deficit, potholes, and crime. Butt has complained in the past about the RPA attempting to hijack council sessions to push a radical agenda regardless of whether the issues are important to Richmond residents.
The mayor also pointed to a signed 1967 treaty banning the militarization of space.
The other dissenting vote came from Councilmember Vinay Pimple, who pointed out that supporting a limitation on the ability of the U.S. to defend against attacks from long-range missiles might not be wise.
Pimple disputed what he called “knee-jerk” reactions from RPA members who depicted President Ronald Reagan’s proposed space-based anti-missile program of 1983, known as the “Star Wars” initiative, as inherently evil. The Cold War initiative was intended to defend against USSR missiles during the Cold War and was shelved not for the project’s moral ambiguity but its perceived effectiveness, Pimple said.
The idea behind Star Wars, Pimple said, “is you can knock out someone’s weapons long before they enter your air space. The U.S. used Patriot missiles to knock out Iraqi Scuds targeting Israel and Saudi Arabia, he added.
RPA members, however, argued that this issue is not just about war but about the individuals in the U.S. who believe governments are using futuristic weapons in space for the purpose of inflicting pain and mind control. Martinez argued that they may very well be telling the truth. He recalled a science fiction novel he wrote a paper on during college that predicted truths 20 years in advance.
“It’s easy for me to see that things which are wrong can happen because we have the wrong mindset,” Martinez said.
Myrick said he supported the resolution because he doesn’t support war.
“The weaponization of space…is something I think is extremely immoral and we should not be as a nation engaging in,” Myrick said. “Maybe some wars are unavoidable, that may be true. But whatever we can do to get our country away from that mindset…..that’s why I support this resolution.”
Amy Lee Anderson, a “targeted individual” who brought the matter to Beckles’ attention, was thankful that the council took up the issue.
“No where in the United States, no targeted individual can get this support,” Anderson said. “We just needed one person, one city. Because of that, you all our heroes. We are dying within because the technology is so sophisticated. It’s hard for someone who has no experience to fathom it, it’s so sophisticated.”

  1. C’mon Richmond Standard….your bias is showing!
I usually despise the RPA but I’m glad to see the silent weaponry being used around the globe for at least the half century is finally being brought out into the open where it belongs.
    Good for Beckles!!

  5. A close friend here in Toronto has been a Targeted Individual for over a year now. She, and countless other Canadians, have nowhere to turn. Richmond CA has taken a brave and open-minded step, one “giant step for mankind”. Your City Council, and therefore each citizen of Richmond, is to be commended for this decision. Here’s hoping it will set a precedent.

  6. I believe this falls under the ‘strange but true’ category. I’ve been a target of organized stalking (aka gang stalking, community-based harassment) since August 2014. I read in a former FBI agent’s sworn testimony that gang stalking is a covert FBI program, similar to Cointelpro (1956-1971). In the first Cointelpro, the government illegal surveilled folks – many of whom were civil rights activists, anti-war protesters, etc.) In this resurrected Cointelpro, the targets tend to be whistle blowers, activists, minorities and women, etc. Tactics are similar but more sophisticated (stalking, harassing, surveillance). So that’s the link between organized stalking and the government.
The next connection is the idea of testing weapons in what is often called ‘no touch torture.’ (In a similar vein, those gang stalked call it a ‘prison without walls’). Everything these days seem to be ‘no touch.’ I had my temperature taken last week by something the nurse put in front of my forehead! We’re seeing robots work with bombs, cars parallel park themselves, etc. I think ‘no touch torture’ and unseen weaponry is the future of warfare and the government is experimenting on innocent citizens, like it has in the past (Tuskegee study, radiation, MK Ultra, Cointelpro, etc.).
I can only speak of gang stalking but from the other targeted individuals I have met, the progression of this will turn to exotic weaponry. I hope it will not, but I fear it may.
Also, for the non-believers, the government has a lot of patents on these weapons already. And, the CIA has been experimenting with mind control since the 1960s. It’s just a matter of time before these weapons become mainstream for population control and warfare.
We have the opportunity in our life time to make sure this does not happen. Bravo to the Council for their forward-thinking and compassionate mindset.

  7. DEWs are a reality and this may or may not be considered a conspiracy. It is merely a term the ignorant use to dismiss TIs and the abuse we receive 24/7. It has been almost two decades of perp harassment for this TI. Perhaps change is possible.

  8. I am exposed to chemical weapons through the vents in my apartment. The persons allegedly involve are the management/maintenance. We need the support you have in Richmond, Ca. In NJ and NY.

  9. As hard as it is for the public to believe that weapons like this exist you only have to look at the patents to see that they are very real. What do you think the military and the intelligence agencies have been secretly doing for the last 50+ years?
What they are using against us now may one day be used against you in the future.
Many of us describe this as Electronic Harassment. There is another side to this too called organized stalking or gang stalking, if you have never heard of it look at the following articles/news reports.

  13. I am commenting from Tullamore and Dublin Ireland – I Thank Richmond County for their commitment to their citizens in granting safety – Everything, every pain, every suffering, every tear the Targeted Individuals have put before Richmond County is happening to me here in Ireland – In my case I have been “used” by the Irish Government in torture – in Government paid rapes of my body and my life – I look at life going by all around me and yet here I am with my skin burning away – I have had “the handler” pushed into my life four years ago – would did gaslighting of every opinion, or action I had – He set up accidents where I have been medically tortured by doctors in Tullamore Hospital – I went in for one foot operation – they operated on the good foot and damaged the broken foot further – they have placed pins and plates in both feet and removed bones from my heel – Under anaesthetic they have shredded, lymph nodes, and many of my female parts and mutilated me – they removed a cartilage bone from my throat and have placed industrial patches in Novartis’s and Amgen’s sponsored trials – when I asked why I had many keyhole scars to my body – and why I had cuts in the pelvic area – I was dragged from my home in a wheelchair (as I could not walk after the operation) I was held down in a mental hospital and forced psychotropic drugs were injected into me. I truly thought Ireland had gone mad. I was held for five weeks and told that I must not say anything bad about Mr Eoin Sheehan – Orthopaedic Consultant as he has told police he is worried about his reputation – that was 2013 – in the last year I managed to get some of my medical files which proved everything I say was done to me was done – I was medically tortured an mutilated. I have put my story to the UN after exhausting all avenues in Ireland – I have been assaulted, beaten, with a kettle of water thrown (cold water) over me. I have been held virtually like a slave for pharma in this home here that I shared with Tom (my partner – it is his house). He sealed up the front door, letter box, and sealed all vents – I could hardly breathe – this his sexual assaults killed my inisde spirit – he set up many ways for me to commit suicide – even tying a noose on a tree outside near the shed that a young man committed suicide in in 2009 – That young man had also lived in this house, locals say he was found on the ground with a rope around his neck. No investigation despite police stating that the grid was not high enough for him to hang himself. That man had been in good spirits and was looking forward to doing a launch of something at the Tullamore Show. My passport, legal papers and my birth certificate are the only items that have been stolen from my personal belongings – I am in the process of applying for a new one but the staggering process is in place. I have no safety, just like Targeted Individuals worldwide – the more we do our best to live a peaceful normal life, the more we are tortured – this is Ireland today with crimes against women – I have done my own observations and investigations and I have outed Tom as a paid Government Agent to set up accidents and to kill me – Irish Psychiatry labels any mention of DEW as paranoia – even family members are isolated away from TI’s – Pharmageddon is also used in that when a patient visits a doctor or a hospital they are tortured through Gamma rays that can be sought out from any laptop directed at patient even with doctor or others in room. I pray and hope – Pharma sponsorship is known in the US as bribery and corruption – in Ireland it is revered and Pharma are treated like royalty and women like me mutilated and then the Irish army and Government agents torture us daily – I am on facebook – under Teri B Keane – I am not sure if my response will be posted here – I hope it is – Thank you Richmond County –

  14. Can’t tell if these comments are sarcastic or genuine. Find it funny that people think that a city council’s decision (in Richmond of all places) has any bearing on what the US government or any other great power has on deciding on what they attempt on their own subjects via space, aircraft, food, or water. They don’t care and they wont stop just cause you ask or vote them too, especially if it pertains to anything that has to do with control of the masses. This vote was done to try a generate some type of positive hype for the council members since richmond is so far gone that they can only vote on an issue that appeases a few without angry others since there is no downside to approving this other than wasting tax payer dollars and the councils time. Just a waste of time and money to bring this bill to the floor and vote for it. Any doctrine generated by this council regarding national security or war is about as useful as a tissue used to protect an individual from a nuclear blast.

Police May Confiscate Guns without Notice to Owner Starting January 1

Beginning January 1, police in California may confiscate firearms from gun owners thought to be a danger to themselves or others without giving the owner any notice.

This is the result of the implementation of “gun violence restraining orders” (GVROs), which go into effect New Year’s Day.
According to KPCC, GVROs “could be issued without prior knowledge of the person. In other words, a judge could issue the order without ever hearing from the person in question, if there are reasonable grounds to believe the person is a threat based on accounts from the family and police.” And since the order can be issued without the gun owner even being present to defend him or herself, confiscation can commence without any notice to the gun owner once the order is issued.
To be fair, Los Angeles Police Department Assistant Chief Michael Moore does not use the word “confiscate” when talking about confiscating firearms. Rather, Moore says, “The law gives us a vehicle to cause the person to surrender their weapons, to have a time out, if you will.”
KPCC reports that “California law already bans people from possessing guns if they’ve committed a violent crime or were involuntarily committed to a mental health facility.” And now, with GVROs, California law allows judges to bar people from possessing guns even if they have not committed a violent crime or were involuntarily committed. Because of this, Gun Owners of California Executive Director Sam Paredes warns that GVROs “may create a situation where law-abiding gun owners are put in jeopardy.”

Minnesota Somalis suspicious of U.S. efforts to stymie Islamic State recruitment

When presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited Minneapolis earlier this month to outline her plan to defeat the Islamic State and combat homegrown radicalization, she highlighted local efforts underway in the Twin Cities to build trust between the area’s Muslim community and law enforcement.
But some members of the area’s Somali-American community are deeply skeptical of the Justice Department program she praised, warning that suspicion about it is so high that some community nonprofit groups fear they will be shunned as spies if they apply for money from the program.

The Building Community Resilience Pilot Program was launched by the U.S. attorney’s office in Minneapolis in September, following a February summit at the White House in which the city was named as one of three where pilot programs would focus on countering violent extremism (CVE).
But almost immediately, Muslim and liberal organizations spoke out against it, saying the outreach programs being planned would actually be used to gather intelligence on the communities they were meant to serve.
“There is a great deal of suspicion in our community,” said Jaylani Hussein, executive director of the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. “They really feel like this is a toxic thing.”
The latest efforts are designed to engage young people in Minnesota’s Somali community — which numbers about 30,000 people, the largest population in the U.S. — to prevent them from becoming radicalized and joining with the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq, whether to fight there or to be trained for terrorist attacks back in the U.S.
It’s a challenge Minnesota’s Somali community has faced before — in 2007 the Somali Islamist group al-Shabab persuaded more than two dozen people from the Twin Cities to travel to Somalia to fight.
More recently, a group of 10 young Somalis were charged with terrorism-related crimes, accused of taking part in a broad conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic State, also known by the acronyms ISIS and ISIL.
But members of the Muslim community have taken issue with being singled out for CVE programing, with community members pleading for more after-school programs for children or social services programs for adults without strings that lead back to law enforcement.
“If there is commingling, that creates mistrust,” said Mohamud Noor, director of the Confederation of the Somali Community in Minnesota. “Without the community support, we can’t beat the challenge we face in terms of recruitment.”
Mr. Noor has been working to develop a community center that would cater to the city’s Somali community as a one-stop shop for city and youth services.
He questions why Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities — which received $500,000 from a private foundation to start up a Somali youth mentoring program — was awarded funds when it has little experience with the Somali community. He said it will be difficult for the group to build inroads into an already-suspicious community and questions why a group with established ties was not chosen instead.
“When you’re picking somebody who looks different than them and then says ‘I want to talk to you about radicalization,’ that is a red flag. They will run away,” Mr. Noor said.
Ben Petok, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Minneapolis, said officials worked closely with Somali community leaders in the Twin Cities to develop the program. For those who may still have doubts, officials are continuing to dialogue to better explain the program, he said.
“Building Community Resilience was designed in close partnership with a wide cross-section of Somali community leaders, including Imams, elected officials, youth, elders, women, etc.,” Mr. Petok wrote in an email response to questions. “Those who have played a role in designing Building Community Resilience have said repeatedly that there is no component of this that involves spying or intelligence gathering.”
For their part, Gail Vold Greco, a spokeswoman for Big Brothers Big Sisters, said the organization has heard from dozens of individuals interested in working as mentors for the program — which is set to launch next year.
In addition to the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, about $400,000 in federal and privately funded grants will also be distributed through the Minneapolis CVE program, which is being overseen by the nonprofit group Youthprise.
In January, Youthprise plans to solicit program proposals, and by February it will announce the grant awards, according to spokeswoman Karen Kingsley. The grants are expected to fund community engagement and capacity building for Somali-led community organizations.
“Youthprise has met with a number of people in the Somali community to gather their input and hear their concerns as we are drafting the Request for Proposals for the Somali Youth Development Fund, our part of the Building Community Resilience initiative,” Ms. Kingsley wrote in an email statement when asked how Youthprise is working to overcome issues of mistrust between the Somali community and the federal government.
“We are learning from and engaging with leaders in the Somali community, including Somali youth, which is a common practice for us,” she said.
Mr. Noor said he is waiting to see the requirements for the grants before he decides whether he might apply.
Mr. Hussein said other groups have expressed concern to CAIR privately that they don’t want to be associated with the grants for fear their programs will be used for surveillance or that they will lose community support for fear of spying.
“Anyone who receives that money, they could be accused of being spies or undercover law enforcement,” Mr. Hussein said. “If they take the money, people assume that something is going on where the FBI has forced them to do it.”
Such suspicions aren’t all based in paranoia or falsehood.
As the FBI was investigating the cases of Somali men who left to fight with al-Shabab in 2009, the agency directed agents in Minneapolis and five other U.S. cities to use community outreach with Somali groups as cover to gather intelligence on terrorist recruiting efforts and on people likely vulnerable to being radicalized, according to a report this year from the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
The FBI’s Minneapolis field office told the Tribune that they declined to follow the spying directive, fearful that doing so would damage relationships with the community.
Michael German, a former FBI agent who now works for the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School, said that if the goal of federal law enforcement is to gain trust from community groups, it would help more to redouble social services and police efforts to serve those communities, not monitor them.
“What they see when the police officer comes into my community is ‘He is not there to serve me as a member of the public, but he is there to police me,’” Mr. German said.
The Brennan Center is one of more than a dozen organizations that raised concern about the use of CVE programs before the pilot programs were announced due to concerns of stereotyping and abusive surveillance and monitoring practices.
Trust from the Somali community will come in time, when law enforcement and social services agencies dedicate resources to solving crimes and rendering aid, Mr. German said.
“If we believe the availability of mental heath counseling is one of the solutions to the extremism problem, I’m all about making mental health counseling available,” he said. “We can do that without talking about it as a Muslim community problem or an extremism problem.”

Because killing Jews is what matters most to a large part of the world's Muslims

Only Palestinians are 'martyrs'

I will open with greetings for the State of Israel and the Jewish people, whom I view as true friends. As a writer and journalist from Kuwait, who is following the current wave of Palestinian knife and rock terrorism and Palestinian crimes against IDF soldiers and innocent Israelis, I can only express my support for every civilian and military action the free and independent State of Israel takes for the legitimate defense of the lives of its citizens and its land.
I am baffled by the international community's silence in the face of the crimes committed by Palestinian terrorists against the Israeli people. I am equally baffled by the international community's outcry against Israel's legal right to defend itself and its soldiers and against Israel's legitimate right to live and stand strong.
The Arab media has become afflicted with stupidity and delusion and has lost its ability make true distinctions. The words "wisdom" and "reason" are no longer part of its lexicon. It has become debased and mentally challenged. It considers the victims of battles in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, etc. "casualties," whereas the Palestinian terrorists killed in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank are dubbed "shahids" (martyrs). This same media, which is biased in favor of a group of people called "Palestinians," neglects every human, Arab, or Muslim issue and associates shahada (a martyr's death in the name of belief) with them only.
Hundreds of thousands of Muslims are killed worldwide every day in wars and internal conflicts -- in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Yemen, India, Pakistan, Myanmar, the Philippines, China, and Nepal -- but the defective Arab media does not refer to any one of the casualties by name or the title "shahid." Only when a Palestinian is killed, be it in battle or in a car accident or in a fight or when celebratory gunshots are fired at a wedding, does the Arab media applaud him and give him, falsely and deceptively, the name "shahid."
Why, when Palestinian terrorists and murderers holding knives and rocks are killed by Israeli soldiers, who are forced to open fire in cases of legitimate self-defense, do these debased Arab media outlets twist the truth and call the Palestinian terrorists "shahids"? By what right did they earn that exalted rank, while being murderous terrorists and criminals? The accursed Arab media outlets that warp and make things up, glorify the murderers and terrorists as well as Palestinian crimes, and give them, exclusively, the title "shahid."
Finally, it is not easy for an Arab writer to express views in the Hebrew media, so I would like to thank Dr. Edy Cohen from the Department of Middle Eastern Studies at Israel's Bar-Ilan University, who helped me express what I had to say.

Houston mosque fire and how the media soft peddles reality. This appears not on the front page as did the original story but on the "faith" page. If it's of no use to bash whites or Christians then it's not news.

Suspect in Houston mosque fire claims to have prayed there five times a day, police say

Within hours of putting out a fire that severely damaged a Houston mosque on Christmas, investigators announced that they strongly suspected the blaze was the result of arson.
The announcement was hardly surprising given the string of crimes targeting mosques around the country this month, incidents that have ranged from shattered windows at a mosque in Florida to a firebombed mosque in California.
Bu this incident, police say, has a strange twist.
The man accused of starting it is not an outsider, but a well-known member of the congregation.
According to charging documents obtained by the Houston Chronicle, 37-year-old Gary Nathaniel Moore, a Houston resident, told investigators that he had attended Savoy Masjid for the past five years.
Moore was not a periodic attendee, but someone who came to the mosque five times each day, seven days a week.
Moore was arrested on Wednesday and his bond was set at $100,000, Nicole Strong, a spokeswoman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco, Firearms and Explosives told the Chronicle.
Moore has been charged with arson and his motive remains unknown, the paper reported. Nobody was injured in the blaze, which occurred an hour after hundreds of worshipers had been inside Savoy Masjid for Friday prayers, CBS-affiliate KHOU reported.
Investigators accuse Moore of setting fire to the mosque in five locations throughout the building, according to ABC-affiliate KTRK.
The station also reported:
Police allege during a search of Moore’s home that they recovered a backpack and clothing that appeared to be the same items seen in the surveillance video from the time of the fire, court records show.
Police also say they found a single charcoal lighter — which appears to have been sold as a pair — at Moore’s home. In addition, they allege a charcoal lighter found at scene matched the one found at Moore’s home using markers and stamped numbers on the containers, records show.
Moore told police he showed up at the mosque on Friday to pray and was the last person to leave the building, the Chronicle reported. He told investigators he was the last person out the building and saw no signs of a fire as he left. He said he found out about the blaze from a friend, prompting him to return to the scene, the paper reported.
MJ Khan, president of the Islamic Society of Greater Houston, which operates the mosque, told the Chronicle he doesn’t know Moore.
“We are just looking into it ourselves,” he said Wednesday morning after learning of the arrest.”We are really very surprised and saddened by this whole thing,” said Khan.
