EXCLUSIVE: Biden Regime Released Convicted Sex Offenders, Hid Documents Until Trump Took Office, Lawsuit Reveals

Newly obtained documents from a lawsuit against the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Biden administration reveal that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) knowingly released convicted sex offenders into the United States, requiring them to complete specific forms outlining post-release obligations.
The forms mandated that these individuals commit to registering for a "sexual deviancy counseling program within 14 days and provide ICE with written proof of such within 30 days." Additionally, the documents required the released offenders to "register as a sex offender, if applicable, within 7 days of being released, with the appropriate agency(s) and provide ICE with written proof of such within 10 days."

Another document, titled "Order of Supervision (Outprocessing Checklist)," includes a section specifically for sex offenders, detailing steps for agents to follow during their release. These steps include notifying probation officers, ensuring registration as a sex offender within seven days, informing victims and witnesses, and securing written proof of counseling enrollment.
