Let the anti ICE people defend this monster:Illegal alleged to have stabbed a two-week-old infant and family to death smiles arrogantly in court

Illegal alleged to have stabbed a two-week-old infant and family to death smiles arrogantly in court

The illegal immigrant deported three times, accused of slaughtering a devoted mother, her two-week-old infant, and the child’s beloved grandmother, sported a sickening grin in a Modesto courtroom Monday.

An arrogant Joaquin Escoto was bearded, shackled and in an orange and white jump suit when he entered the courtroom as 11 family members of the deceased looked on in tears. His right arm was covered in tattoos, he also had cross tattooed on the side of his neck.

Escoto used the help of a Spanish interpreter during the hearing while he sat next to his attorney. He did not enter a plea, and will be back in court June 28th.

Escoto, 28, is being held without bail on three counts of murder in the knife slaying of 23-year-old “devoted mother” Fabiola Gonzalez, 54-year-old “loving grandmother” Silvia Nuñez and “innocent” two-week-old infant Mateo Gonzalez.

Outside the courtroom after the hearing Sonja and Sophia Nunez, Silvia’s sisters, were emotional and visibly upset over the events that had transpired Thursday morning.

Police responded to a home near Monterey and Thrasher avenues in Modesto following a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance. They found Gonzalez dead with multiple stab wounds. Officers later also found Nuñez and baby Mateo dead with stab wounds, as well.

Cops also found a young child alive inside the residence. Police said the child is the son of Escoto and Gonzalez-Nuñez. Child Protective Services has since taken custody of the youngster.

Escoto was later found hiding inside a nearby house. He was taken into custody without incident. Police did not identify a motive for the murders.

Escoto, taken in to custody Thursday, was deported three times. stocktonchronicle

Escoto, a Mexican national born in Jalisco, was deported from the U.S. three times and arrested for driving under the influence once before he was arrested again in June for another DUI, a senior law enforcement official told The Post.

California’s controversial state sanctuary law obstructed federal authorities who sought to deport him, The California Post has learned.
