Report: Male Athletes Have Taken More Than 2,293 Gold Medals From Women

Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee: “How many more women and girls will be subjected to an uneven playing field?”

The Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) released a report showing that male athletes have stolen 2,293 gold medals from females.

CWALAC’s research discovered the following:

• Trans-identifying males have stolen over 2,293 gold medals from women and girls in the United States, pushing each rightful champion down to second place.
• Trans-identifying male athletes have stolen over $501,498 in prize money from women in professional sports.
• In California alone, over 611 women and girls have taken silver below a male allowed to compete in the women’s category.
• Trans-identifying males have competed in more than 14,301 female sport events, amateur and professional.

“It is shockingly unfair for biological women to have to compete against trans-identifying men,” said Penny Nance, CEO and President of CWALAC. “Our research finding that trans-identifying males have stolen over 2,293 gold medals from women in the United States is an outrage. Biological men have distinct advantages over biological women. This reality not only puts women in harm’s way, but it eliminates opportunities for biological women to earn a living and win competitions. Congress must act to protect biological women.”

CWALAC found increases in all of those categories since its July 2025 report.

“How many more women and girls will be subjected to an uneven playing field?” demanded Nance. “It’s time to put an end to this inherent unfairness and protect women’s sports.”

CWALAC also used data compiled from HeCheated, a program that tracks everything male athletes have stolen from female athletes.

Out of 1,165 male athletes:

• 6,847 1st place finishes
• 1,349+ stolen awards
• 695+ broken records

“Congress should pass the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025 (H.R.28/S.9) to prohibit federally funded school athletic programs from allowing males to compete in women’s and girls’ sports; the Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act (H.R.1028/S. 405) to clarify that sports National Governing Bodies must designate women’s sports for women only under their Congressional authorization; and The Title IX Clarification Act (H.R. 8781/S.5179) to clarify that, for purposes of Title IX’s prohibition on discrimination in federally funded education programs and activities, the term ‘sex’ refers solely to an individual’s biological status as male or female,” added Nance.

The Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on Wednesday called “Standing Up for Women in Sports: Ensuring Opportunity, Fairness and Safety for Female Athletes.”

During the hearing, Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) blasted Democrats because none of them showed up.

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) showed up for a bit, but I guess he only did that because he’s the ranking member.

Durbin is awful:

He said NCAA president Charlie Baker, the former liberal GOP governor of Massachusetts, told Durbin there were fewer than 10 known transgender athletes among half a million college athletes.

“This vendetta against a small number of people in the trans community affects everyone” because even “cisgender girls,” an invented pathological term for girls without gender dysphoria, will endure “inappropriate gender verification checks” to keep male athletes out of their sports, Durbin claimed.

The real threats to female athletes are unequal pay and resources, rampant sexual abuse and other Title IX violations, Durbin said. He said he won’t ask questions at the hearing because it’s not a “responsible” use of the committee’s time, and got up to leave as Grassley swore in the witnesses.

Hey, Dick. ONE male athlete in female sports is too many. Absolutely NO male should be in a female sport.
