Washington D.C. police are looking for 42-year-old Kenneth Miles Davis, of Maryland
A Maserati driver who allegedly shot a mom who cut him off in Washington D.C. traffic while her kids were sat next to her in car has been named by police as a manhunt to capture him continues.
Shocking surveillance video shows the moment a man walks up to the driver’s side of another car before shooting through the window.
Cops have now named 42-year-old Kenneth Miles Davis as the suspected shooter in the May 19 road rage incident.
Davis, of Latham, Maryland, is still on the run after allegedly fleeing the scene, Chief Robert Contee announced at a Wednesday news conference.
During the 40 second surveillance camera clip it appears as though the victim may have cut off the suspect in his sports car, which then triggered the shooting.
Her silver car pulls up in front of the Maserati at a traffic stop, at which point a man, now believed to be Davis, gets out of the sports car with a handgun.
He walks over to the silver sedan and starts shooting, and when it pulls away, he walks back to his car, but then starts to turn and shoot the car behind him.
Davis is then seen getting back into his car, and promptly making a U-turn.
Police said the silver car's female driver, whose name they did not release, was struck in her shoulder, while her 5-year-old was cut by broken glass and her 11-year-old was left traumatized.

Nobody was injured in the car behind Davis, police report.
The anonymous driver told NBC Washington that she and Davis 'didn't say anything to each other' prior to the shooting, and she gets 'really upset' when watching the surveillance video, 'because I know it could have went a whole other way for something as senseless as road rage.'
Police were able to find Davis' car from tips the department received, and impounded the car from a townhouse in Hyattsville, Maryland prior to the news conference.

Contee is now once again asking for the public's help to find Davis.
'This individual felt it was necessary to use gun violence to deal with his anger,' Chief Contee said. 'I am here to tell that is unacceptable.'
'I'm disturbed every time I see that video,' he added, 'and I hope the community is as outraged as I am.'
Once apprehended, Contee said, Davis will be charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
