A lack of detail becomes very informative

11 people, including 6 kids, shot in bloody altercation at Florida A&M University homecoming party

A bloody “altercation” escalated into gunfire at a homecoming party at Tallahassee’s Florida A&M University, leaving 11 people, including six children, shot Saturday night, law enforcement said.

Bullets flew when a fight involving “two or three individuals” led to shots being fired just before 8 p.m. on Perry Street near Bragg Memorial Stadium, according to the Tallahassee Police Department and online reports.

“An altercation occurred between individuals,” Tallahassee Police Chief Lawrence Revell said. “We do not know exactly what happened … what we do believe is that this was an isolated incident between two or three individuals.”
